Isharelle McIntosh
Welfare Director
Isharelle McIntosh has honed her experience as a Registered Social Service Worker to advocacy and support initiatives to the population that rely on community and social services. She has worked with the 3rd largest social services agency in Toronto as a Community Advocacy Lead, in the Regent Park community, to address poverty, housing, addictions and other issues facing the community.
Isharelle has also had the pleasure of being an advocate with the Indigenous Community of Mount Dennis and Weston Community, to protest the Metrolinx from running their trains directly through the homes and uprooting members of their communities. She will be continuing her education journey at Algoma University, to complete her Honors Bachelor of Social Work, with a keen interest in Mental Health and Wellness.
